The Disruptive Design method asks: what if the people most affected by a broken system were the ones who got to redesign it? That's what Co-Design membership is for.

You hold a Class B share in the co-operative infrastructure and work alongside other members to shape how it evolves — the processing priorities, how outputs are distributed, how the five regional chapters grow, and how the open source knowledge generated by our operations gets shared and built upon.

This is membership as active agency.
